1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "boomjp," "we," "us," "our" refers to the boomjp online betting platform operated at https://boomjp.cam and its affiliated services.
• "User," "you," "your," "member" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses, or uses boomjp services.
• "Account" means the personal betting account created by a user upon successful registration.
• "Services" includes all betting, gaming, and related features provided by boomjp, including sports betting, live casino, slots, togel (traditional Indonesian numbers lottery), and other gambling products.
• "Deposit" refers to the transfer of funds from your personal bank account or e-wallet to your boomjp account balance.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from your boomjp account balance to your registered bank account or e-wallet.
• "Bet" refers to any wager placed on sports events, casino games, or other betting products offered by boomjp.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credits, free bets, or other incentives offered by boomjp subject to specific terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use boomjp services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. boomjp reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 will be immediately closed, with all funds forfeited.

2.2 Residency: boomjp services are intended for residents of Indonesia. By creating an account, you confirm that you are physically located in Indonesia and legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities. Users accessing boomjp from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of these terms.

2.3 Account Creation: Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple accounts (commonly referred to as "duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited. If boomjp discovers that you maintain multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close all accounts, void all bets, and forfeit all balances including deposits and winnings.

2.4 Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid Indonesian phone number, and email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension or closure.

2.5 Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify boomjp immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. boomjp will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.

2.6 KYC Verification: boomjp operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification policy. You will be required to submit valid identification documents, including but not limited to Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi), or Passport, before processing withdrawal requests. Additional documentation such as proof of address or bank statements may be requested to verify your identity and prevent fraud.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods: boomjp accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method and account verification status.

3.2 Deposit Processing: Bank transfers made during banking hours (typically Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00 WIB) are processed within 5 minutes. Transfers made outside banking hours or on weekends/holidays may be delayed until the next business day. E-wallet deposits are typically processed within 2-10 minutes.

3.3 Withdrawal Requests: You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to meeting all bonus wagering requirements and completing KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours after final approval. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals can only be made to the bank account or e-wallet registered in your name.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML): boomjp maintains strict anti-money laundering policies. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal eligibility. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced due diligence if we suspect money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant Indonesian authorities.

3.5 Withdrawal Fees: boomjp does not charge withdrawal processing fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer fees, which are beyond our control and your responsibility to pay.

3.6 Payment Method Matching: For security and regulatory compliance, withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. If your deposit payment method does not support withdrawals (e.g., certain prepaid cards), alternative withdrawal arrangements will be made after verification.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Bonus Eligibility: All bonuses and promotions offered by boomjp are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated on the promotion page. Bonuses are typically available to eligible members who meet specified criteria such as deposit amounts, bet types, or account standing.

4.2 Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement (also called "turnover requirement" or "rollover") specifies how many times you must wager the bonus amount before it converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling ten times the bonus amount.

4.3 Game Contribution: Different games contribute different percentages toward fulfilling wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games like baccarat and roulette may contribute 10-20%. Sports bets usually contribute 100% for bets with odds of 1.50 or higher. Specific contribution rates will be stated in each bonus's terms.

4.4 Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period during which wagering requirements must be met. Typical expiry periods range from 7 to 30 days from the date of bonus credit. Unused bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited after expiry.

4.5 Bonus Abuse: boomjp reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, coordinated play with other users, or creation of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses. Suspected bonus abusers may have their accounts suspended or closed.

4.6 Right to Modify: boomjp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude certain users from specific promotions at our sole discretion.

5. Betting Rules & Limitations

5.1 Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by boomjp. We reserve the right to refuse any bet, limit bet amounts, or close accounts of users exhibiting patterns of consistent winning that suggest professional or syndicate betting. Bet acceptance does not imply that odds or terms cannot be corrected if errors are discovered.

5.2 Betting Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by sport, market, and game type. These limits are displayed before bet placement. boomjp reserves the right to change betting limits at any time and to impose individual limits on specific user accounts based on betting patterns or account standing.

5.3 Odds Accuracy: While boomjp strives to ensure all odds are accurate, errors can occur. If an obvious error is detected (often called a "palpable error"), boomjp reserves the right to void affected bets, even after settlement. Examples include decimal odds displayed as 10.00 instead of 1.10, or markets remaining open after an event has concluded.

5.4 Live Betting: For live/in-play betting, odds and markets are updated in real-time based on match developments. There may be slight delays between actual events and odds adjustments. Bets placed during this delay period are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement, provided no palpable error has occurred.

5.5 Results & Settlement: Bet results are determined based on official results published by the relevant sports governing body or event organizer. In the case of togel (lottery), results are based on official draw results from recognized Indonesian lottery authorities. For casino games, results are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems.

5.6 Voided Events: If an event is abandoned, postponed, or canceled, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned, unless the event is completed within 48 hours of the originally scheduled time. Specific sports and markets may have different void rules, which will be stated in the relevant betting rules section.

6. Account Closure & Suspension

6.1 Voluntary Closure: You may request to close your account at any time by contacting boomjp customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method after final verification.

6.2 Suspension by boomjp: boomjp reserves the right to suspend or close your account immediately if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information during registration, attempted to manipulate games or betting outcomes, or participated in money laundering or other illegal activities.

6.3 Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. boomjp may charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 on dormant accounts with remaining balances. You will be notified via email before such fees are applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and contact customer support.

6.4 Funds Upon Closure: If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, boomjp reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including deposits and winnings, particularly if the breach involves fraud, bonus abuse, or violation of anti-money laundering policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Service Availability: While boomjp strives to maintain uninterrupted service availability, we do not guarantee that our platform will be accessible at all times. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control. boomjp will not be liable for any loss resulting from service downtime.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical failure, all affected bets and game rounds may be voided. boomjp's liability is limited to refunding the stake of affected bets. We are not liable for any consequential losses, lost profits, or lost opportunities.

7.3 Third-Party Content: boomjp displays odds, statistics, and content from third-party providers. While we endeavor to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee the correctness or completeness of third-party content and are not liable for errors or omissions from such sources.

7.4 User Decisions: All betting and gaming decisions are made solely by you, the user. boomjp provides entertainment services and does not offer betting advice or guarantees of winning. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that losses are possible.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

8.1 Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from your use of boomjp services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indonesian courts.

8.2 Dispute Notification: If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any bet, transaction, or service provided by boomjp, you must notify our customer support team within 30 days of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

8.3 Complaint Process: All complaints will be investigated thoroughly and impartially. You will receive a response within 7 business days of submitting your complaint. If the matter requires additional investigation, you will be kept informed of progress.

8.4 Final Decision: boomjp's decision on any dispute, following internal review, is final. If you are dissatisfied with our resolution, you may pursue legal remedies available under Indonesian law.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

9.1 Modification Rights: boomjp reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to users via email and/or prominent notice on our website at least 7 days before the new terms take effect.

9.2 Continued Use: Your continued use of boomjp services after the effective date of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cease using our services and may request account closure.

9.3 Version Control: The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when these terms were last revised. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
